Analýza psychické zátěže a stresu v pracovních podmínkách České pošty

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to identify by chosen method potential sources of mental strain and stress in the working environment of the state enterprise Czech Post and on the basis of results of the realized analysis to recommend or propose steps for making changes in the current state of affairs. The thesis is differentiated into three parts. The first part provides the theoretical background of the topic. This is done by the effort to combine relevant knowledge of psychology, sociology and work safety, i.e. sub-disciplines of ergonomics. The second part closely oscillates around the Czech Post and in addition to relevant informations associated with this company it contains a crucial part of the work, which is an exploration of the workplaces and realization of a survey, which is a method of fulfilling the objective of the work chosen by the author. Because of the creation of the support for recommendation proposed by the autor the final section firstly briefly summarizes the significant results of the analysis and then it puts forward recommendation.
