The diploma thesis titled “Controlling Analysis in a Construction Company” focuses on examining the issue of controlling and its application within the construction company STAVBYNOVO s.r.o. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to controlling, its importance, objectives, principles, and functions. The practical part is dedicated to the analysis of controlling processes within the company, the evaluation of their effectiveness, and the proposal of measures to improve business management.
