Abstract
Objective of the diploma work was the analysis of the competitive on the sports equipment market in the city Prievidza. The whole work is divided into seven chapters. At the beginning ist short briefing about the theoretical information about analysis of the competitive and image of retail outlet. Object of practical part analysis of the competitive, which looks for differences between image of surveyed retail outlet and suggestions and recommendation for management of company, which can increase the customers` satisfaction and also the satisfaction of the management itselves.
