Zavádění a optimalizace procesů v gastronomické firmě

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with modeling, optimalization and formalization of processes with a focus on a company specializing in the food production and delivery. The goal of the work is to create a clear model of employee competencies and roles and to formalize business processes. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the basic knowledge related to the issue of process management and related techniques is presented. The practical part deals with the identification of basic business processes, followed by their formalization and determination of clear competencies and roles of the company employees. A framework process model was used to identify the processes, and a process card was subsequently created for the identified processes. In order to establish a clear model of employee competencies and roles, the organizational structure of the company was created, followed by the RACI matrix for selected key processes. The bachelor thesis will be used as an entry point for the gradual transformation of the company towards a more systematic and process management of its functioning.
