Abstract

This work is about design and realization of the mobile robot with primary focus on its autonomous control. For this purpose was chosen the task moving in the maze with requirement for mapping the maze and finding the shortest path from one to another position. The mechanical part, which contains especially the drives, was constructed as the first. The main issues related to electronic part were selecting of suitable sensors and microcontroller. The last phase of development was focused on creation of controlling program. The individual algorithms provide the autonomous control of the mobile robot.
