Vliv investičních dotací na hospodaření vybrané obce

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vliv investičních dotací na hospodaření obce Písek. Konkrétně jsou v této práci popsány a rozebrány investiční dotace ze Státního fondu životního prostředí, které byly v obci realizovány za sledované období v letech 2019-2023. V teoretické části nalezneme seznámení s veřejnou správou. Dále členění a popis příjmů a výdajů obcí a jejich rozpočet. V této části je charakterizovaná obec Písek, je zde rozebrán její rozpočet za sledované období. Praktická část je věnována analýze hospodaření obce a vlivu investičních dotací na rozpočet obce. Pomocí tabulkové metody je v této části rozebrán konkrétní projekt, který byl v obci realizován a financován prostřednictvím investiční dotace ze Státního fondu životního prostředí. Závěrem je shrnutí všech cílů, které byly pomocí projektu splněny, a doporučení pro obec do budoucna.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the influence of investment subsidies on the economy of the municipality of Písek. Specifically, this thesis describes and analyzes investment subsidies from the State Environmental Fund, which were implemented in the municipality during the monitored period in the years 2019-2023. In the theoretical part, we find an introduction to public administration. Furthermore, a breakdown and description of revenues and expenditure of municipalities and their budget. In this part, the municipality of Písek is characterized, and its budget for the monitored period is analyzed. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of the municipality's economy and the impact of investment subsidies on the municipality's budget. Using the tabular method, this part analyzes a specific project that was implemented in the municipality and financed through an investment subsidy from the State Environmental Fund. In conclusion, there is a summary of all the goals that have been met by the project and recommendations for the municipality in the future.
