Abstract

The thesis aims to focus on the issues of competition and competitiveness of selected products in engineering company. In the first part of the thesis explains the basic concepts of marketing, marketing analysis tools, strategic marketing, competitive. In the second part of the thesis is introduced engineering company. Using PEST analysis is mapped around the company, then using B.C.G. Nuts were analyzed competitiveness of the products selected and mapped using SWOT analysis strengths and weaknesses, its opportunities and threats.
