Abstract

The title of the thesis: The design of the methodology of implementing an Preventing Integrated Risk Management in organizations This thesis contains a comprehensive and simple designed methodology for implementing an Integrated Risk Management (IRM) as prevention in organizations. The first part contains an analysis of the current situation of the Risk Management in the world and its integration into the Czech environment. For the purpose of this study was conducted a survey of the risk management needs in organizations in the Czech Republic in 2009. The outputs were processed in the study, which is a part of this thesis and serves as the basis for defining the current need of solving the risk management. The second part defines some of the theoretical concepts of risk the management process and implementation of risk management within the organization. There are also described some of the existing methods used for the Risk management. These methods are analyzed based on their availability and usefulness of risk management in organizations. The main part deals with its own design methodology (IRR), describes the distribution of up to 15 steps, the nature of creation is described in detail. The proposed methodology was tested in 3 organizations in the Moravia Silesian Region. Upon verification, the IRR methodology was adapted to the final published version. Based on the analysis and synthesis techniques was the proposal concreted steps to implement the IRR methodology into 4 main Modules. These modules can be implemented independently according to the needs of each organization. Conclusion of the work proposed methodology assesses the implementation of the IRR, not only in terms of IRR methodology as a whole, but also modular applications. An important part of successful implementation of the IRR to the organization is the attitude of employer and employees to risk management. The part of this work is to design and implement a Methodology Handbook for users of the IRR, which might be used by organizations themselves or by external specialists; support materials in the form of the forms and the basic estimates of the implementation IRR to the organization.
