Abstract

Válek , Roman: Design and implementation of selected technology within construction process of a residential house – site arrangement, health and safety management, and others. Topic of the bachelor thesis is preparation of a documentation for building permission according to regulation no. 62/2013Sb., which has been amended by regulation no. 499/2006Sb. Moreover the thesis is focused on designing of a site arrangement, implementation of making technology of floating floors, implementation of construction process schedule, using itemized budget and designing of health and safety management plan (OHS) regards to the construction process of the residential house. Target of the thesis might be to analyze and compare making process of different kind of floating floors in the residential house, in respect of their costs, making time and making technology.
