Abstract

This Bachelor thesis “Analysis of Legal, Accounting and Tax Aspects of General Partnership“ in its chapters defines legal, accounting and tax issues related to business in public companies. The second chapter describes how to establish a company, its foundation as well as the dissolution of the company. The third chapter emphasizes accounting during the foundation of the company and during the accounting period. The fourth chapter defines particular taxes impacting the company, especially the personal income tax and the corporate tax.
