Využití strukturálních fondů EU ve Zlínském kraji na příkladu vybraného projektu

Abstract

The aim of this Diploma Thesis is to characterize a methodology of creation co financed projects by the EU structural funds and its application on concrete sample project with Regional operational programme of The Central Moravia co financing. The partial goal of thesis is description, analysis and evaluation of the most important chosen parts of the sample project and, moreover, general rate of the project with the view of its preparation. Within the scope of simplification and with regard to heftiness of this theme there are not captured all aspects leading to the feasibility of the project. The Thesis is focused on fundamental sections of the project as for example financial analysis, evaluation of efficiency and tenability of the project. This thesis deals with project management of EU structural funds co financing not only theoretically but mainly as a part of sample project analysis. Methodology of creation of the EU structural funds co financed projects is a focus of the first chapter including examples of definitions and characterization of the main questions in connection with the EU project management. Next chapter is focused on the characterization of The Regional operational programme of The Central Moravia and positional analysis of the Zlín Region. Applied part of this thesis deals with description and evaluation of the sample project including financial evaluation and examination of feasibility of the project.
