Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is the creating of a geometric plan for marking the building in the cadastral area of Ratenice for the purpose of registering a new building in the cadastre. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part I described the legal regulations relating to the cadastre and surveying, which are connected with the making of the geometric plan. The practical part is focused on the measurement itself, creating the detailed measurement record and creation of the geometric plan.
