Abstract
This thesis describes the design rationalization of management of the company. Start deals with the theoretical and methodological approaches that have been used. The main work consists of rationalization proposal, which consists of an analysis of the external environment and the current management system and the rationalization proposal. Another section contains an evaluation of the rationalization proposal and its benefits for the company. Finally, it presents the structure of the developed work and determination of the objectives.
