Návrh zástavby rodinnými domy ve Fulneku, lokalita U Hřiště

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je prověření dalších možností funkčního využití lokality „U Hřiště“ ve Fulneku, která je určena pro rozvoj bydlení. Urbanistický návrh využití území byl vypracován ve více variantách v rozsahu územní studie pro zástavbu rodinnými domy. Následně byla vybrána jedna varianta, která byla dále rozpracována v detailu architektonicko - urbanistické studie. Následně bylo vypracováno řešení dopravního napojení lokality a řešení dopravy v zájmovém území, dále byl proveden návrh řešení technické infrastruktury včetně způsobu napojení na stávající sítě v okolí a v neposlední řadě bylo vyhotovení orientačního propočtu investičních nákladů na přípravu pozemků.

The subject of this thesis is to verify the possibility of additional functional use of the site "U Hřiště" in Fulnek, intended for housing development. Urban land use proposal has been prepared in several variants in the range of land-use study for the development of family houses. we have the chosen one option which was further elaborated in detail architectural - urban studies. Was drawn transport connection locations and transport solutions in the interest area. The next was solution design technical infrastructure, including how the connection to the existing network in the area and last but not least. Was finally drafted the tentative calculation of investment costs for land preparation.
