Elektronická spisová služba v obci s rozšířenou působností

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with electronic document services in municipality with extended jurisdiction. It describes the operation tasks of electronic document services according to law. The electronic document service does not run individually but it runs together with information system used into municipality. This system includes all necessary modules that are used to fulfill the office function. These modules are also described in this thesis. The methodical procedure of working with electronic document service is described and the evaluation whether this electronic document service is suitable for municipality is done in the end of this thesis.
