Fotokatalytické odstraňování vybraných farmaceutických přípravků z vod

Abstract

This diploma thesis describes photolytic degradation of medicines. Degradation was performed with equipment simulated sun rays only or degradation equipment simulated sun rays in cooperation with catalyzators BULK. For degradation study were used three active pharmaceutical ingredients – Azathioprine. Colchicine and Loperamide hydrochloride. Each from these three active pharmaceutical ingredients was degraded with photocatalytic reactions differently. Full degradation was observed at Colchicine, partial degradation was observed at Azathioprine and no degradation was observed at Loperamide hydrochloride.
