Abstract

The main goal of a bachelor’s thesis is to set up a business plan to build up an industrial company. Further information regarding a legal form of company manufacturing industrial catalysts are provided in the business plan proposal. The theoretical part of the work presents required information for setting up of the business. The methodical part deals with characteristics of the starting company, its description and its aim. Based on the proceeded market analysis, a financial plan is prepared, risks indentified and, with help of the use of the profitability indicators, an evaluation of business plan has been made. The evaluation of the overall company situation is summarized in conclusion.
