The topic of this diploma thesis is the new construction of a multifunctional house in Český Těšín. It is a four-story basement with a full-area basement, which will be based on reinforced concrete foundation strips and will be covered with a single-skin flat roof. Vertical load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls are designed from the Porotherm system, as well as the ceiling structure. The compositions of the floors and roof cladding were designed according to the technical support of DEK. The building will have a collective garage (1st floor), cafe (1st floor), office space (2nd floor) and housing units (3rd floor, 4th floor).
