Abstract

The theme of this bachelor thesis is the competitive analysis of the tearoom. The aim was to make suggestions and recommendations for the selected tearoom on the basis of comparison with its competitors. The research was done by using the Mystery shopping method. For this method were compiled scenario and observation sheet. Subsequently, the results of the research were evaluated. Then the proposals and recommendations for the selected tea room were prepared within the set goal.
