Analýza organizační struktury a ekonomických činností vybraného spolku

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the organizational structure and economic activities of the selected association aiming the usage of discussed topic; strong and weak aspects of association will be evaluated and recommendations for possible improvement of found deficiencies will be given.

In theoretical part, there is environment of non-profit organizations generally determined with gradual focus on the area of non-governmental non-profit organizations. This area is characteristic for the main described part dealing with associations. Process of associations´ foundation and termination, organizational structure and determination of subsidiary associations is described.

In practical part of the thesis, the concrete association is determined. There is the analysis of its organizational structure and economic activities provided, found facts are compared to the data of theoretical part of this thesis and the analysis of strong and weak aspects of association is done based on found facts.
