Investiční záměr rekonstrukce budovy bývalého středního odborného učiliště v Dolním Benešově na sociální byty

Abstract

This thesis is focused on the issue of social living, which is a current problem in the towns of the Czech Republic as well as EU countries. The subject of this thesis is the reconstuction proposal of the former secondary vocational school of social living in Dolni Benesov by form of investment plan. The proposal is based on changing the function and the layout of the object, because it is currently unusable. A new solution draft is designed in the form of variants. The first is focused on current users who live in the part of the object, the second is focused on social housing. This will be the purpose of the object in the future.
