Analýza systému vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve firmě ARMATURY Group a.s.

Abstract

Topic of this diploma thesis is an analysis of employees’ education and development system in company AMATURY Group and recommendations, which will lead to its improvement. In the first part I am dealing with the description of basic definitions, which are pertaining to given topic, the employees‘ education and development structure and the options of its financing. Second part contains the characteristics of a chosen organization and its employees. Third part is devoted to the analysis of all available materials pertaining to the education and development system in the organization, including the evaluation of research that should lead to information about employees’ satisfaction with this system. Work conclusion contains proposals and recommendations to improve current education system.
