Analýza hypotečních úvěrů

Abstract

This thesis is focused on providing mortgage credits. The main objective of this thesis is an analysis of mortgage products provided by banks in the Czech Republic. The first part is aimed on general information about mortgage credits, conditions for grant and loan process. There are described the most widely used products in our market. The following section is devoted to credit opportunities in selected European countries and the United States. In conclusion the research is evaluated by questionnaire to determine use and satisfaction of mortgage with them.
