Abstract
The aim of this diploma thesis is to describe and deploy quality tools together with methodical permanent problem solving process in the manufacturing company. Theoretical section includes description of methodical approach towards problem solving, PDCA and 8D principles. The work also addresses 5 Why tool and Seven Tools of Quality. Practical section describes deployment of chosen method and tools into the manufacturing company aiming usage on daily basis.
