Zhodnocení spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve výrobní společnosti

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate employee satisfaction in the manufacturing company Retigo, s. r. o. The satisfaction analysis will be carried out using a questionnaire survey, a controlled interview, a financial analysis using the ratio method, PEST analysis and SWOT analysis. According to the results of the analysis, employee satisfaction will be evaluated in a separate chapter. There will be proposed the recommendaions that could lead to an increase of employee satisfaction in the selected company. In the conclusion, all the knowledge gained from the analysis of employee satisfaction will be summarized.
