Příprava fotokatalyticky aktivních kompozitů na bázi g-C3N4 a TiO2

Abstract

The present bachelor thesis deals with the preparation, characterization, and investigation of the photocatalytic effects of materials and composites that were prepared within the frame of this thesis. The composite consisted of graphitic carbon nitride and titanium dioxide the composite was treated by calcination at different temperatures. The theoretical part deals with the description of the photocatalysis phenomenon, with the description of TiO2 and g-C3N4 and their composite. Furthermore, the characterization methods for photocatalytically active materials are briefly described. The experimental part describes the used chemicals, the procedure for the preparation the photocatalysts (TiO2 and g-C3N4) and composite g-C3N4/TiO2. The devices used for the characterization of the prepared samples are described as well. In the section “Results and Discussion”, the obtained results are shown and discussed, in the last part of this section, the results of the photodegradation activities obtained for prepared samples are shown and discussed.
