Potenciál využití kapacit ve společnosti ArcelorMittal Frýdek-Místek a.s.

Abstract

The subject of my work is the analysis of capacity utilization in ArcelorMittal Frydek - Místek as analysis and evaluation of market competition. Theoretical part of the Wizard's first acquaintance with ArcelorMittal F - M a.s. ranging from company history to the production program. Another theoretical content of the planning and management capacities, including definitions of capacity and knowledge of literature according to use and establish production capacity. In the practical part I analyze the aggregates used, including the identification of causes of under-utilization of production nodes. Finally, I focus on the analysis using Porter's competitive market analysis.
