Zhodnocení vývoje dávek poskytovaných rodinám s dětmi v České republice

Abstract

Main concern of this thesis is development of benefits provided to families with children. Introduction is focused on Czech Republic social security system in 2019. Following chapter is dedicated to development of benefits social security systems – sickness benefit insurance, state social benefit system, social care benefits and indirect benefits for families with children provided through tax measures. The development of benefits social security systems since 1989 until now is described in third chapter. The objective of the thesis is to work out a proposal of a solution presenting how to avoid abuse of the benefit system. Suggestions and recommendations are contained in Chapter FourThe evaluation of present legislation and consideration de lege ferenda is discussed in conclusion.
