Zavedení digitalizace v příspěvkových organizacích kraje

Abstract

The thesis "The introduction of digitization TV subsidized organizations in the social sector" deals with public procurement carried out in 2010 in the Olomouc Region. In the theoretical part of attention is paid to public procurement law and the impact of the 2012 amendment to the Czech economy. In the practical part is focused on the public contract, where it is analyzed the implementation of investment projects in digitization subsidized organizations Olomouc Region. The emphasis is placed on the technical design and tender documentation, digitization solutions, the process of award of a public contract and the subsequent assessment of tenders and contract with the supplier. Following this procurement is evaluated and designed proposals and recommendations, including the economic impact of investments on the economy subsidized organizations.
