Abstract
The thesis is dealing with analysing the business strategy of MERKO CZ, a.s. company.
The first part of the thesis is focused on a detailed presentation of the company. It also theoretically discusses company´s mission, vision and goals for upcoming three years.
The second part of the thesis covers the strategic analysis and a breakdown of macroenvironment, meso environment and microenvironment. It is summed up into an SWOT analysis.
The last part of the thesis is there to recommend and evaluate. It debates and rates the most suitable regions for approaching company´s goals.
