Virtuální uvedení do provozu za účelem testování a optimalizace strojních zařízení

Abstract

This master thesis deals with virtual commissioning of one-purpose machinery for sensors testing. Virtual commissioning has been done for testing and optimization of a created control application and possible mechanical collisions detection. The thesis result is also to find out time consumption for the creation of a physical-kinematic and behavioral model. The virtual commissioning has been made using the Software-in-the-Loop simulation technique. The control application and visualization have been made in the TIA Portal V15.1 environment in a ladder programming language using company standard MICE. The simulation tool PLCSIM Advanced 2.0 has been used for the control system simulation. The simulation platform SIMIT V9.0 Ultimate has been used for the electrical and behavioral model design. The physical and kinematic model has been made using tool NX Mechatronics Concept Designer 12.0.1. All of the simulation models have been run on the same PC and used shared memory for data exchange. Communication between the automation and the behavioral model has been made with the help of the C# console application developed in the IDE Visual Studio. The virtual commissioning has been made a similar way as the commissioning of the real machine. The commissioning led to the code error elimination and control application optimization through tests performed on the virtual machine.
