Bachelor thesis is focused on wage issues in the selected business company.
The first chapter contains all the theoretical and legal aspects of wages, which are necessary for the proper determination of the amount of wage.
The following chapter focuses on the calculation and accounting earnings. It describes the basic concepts concerning the calculation of wages.
The last chapter deals with the practical application of labor issues in the selected business company. It focuses on the description of the wages system in selected business company.
