This bachelor thesis deal with proposal and possibilities for building portal for spooling out stream videos on Czech Internet.

In forepart work deal with analysis already exists projects on Czech also worldwide web and approximation problems stream videos. These projects are here superior, is here inscribe their solving, inquest direct competition single projects, whether is web already tired, eventually possibilities for creation new portal. From summary already follow answerback on basic questions, as are fitness production new project, prospect of success and what elect manners solving.

In second parts is work up concrete analysis new project, that the includes individual solving.
