Abstract

The topic of the thesis are persons with disabilities as a disadvantaged group in the labor market in selected countries. Relevance of the topic we observe in the approach of European states to this disadvantaged population groups in the active employment policy. People with disabilities are indeed one of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market and because of his disability at increased risk of prolonged or repeated unemployment. Also on the Czech labor market in comparison with other countries of the European Union continues undesirable increase in the share of this group of handicapped people among the unemployed. The analysis programs for the employment policies of the labor market for people with disabilities to contribute to their more effective integration.
