Vliv procesů a kvality odlitků hliníkových slitin na životní prostředí

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on evaluation of defects occurrence in the production process by low-pressure casting of aluminium wheels for automotive industry. The thesis focuses on the information about the entire mining process, the process of production and recycling of aluminium castings in relation to the environment. The first part of the thesis describes the process of obtaining raw materials, used production technologies with the implementation of specific solutions within the selected production company Cromodora Wheels s.r.o. In the second, practical part, I concentrate on the transport of liquid aluminium from the melting furnaces to the filling furnaces of the casting machine and the influence of the different aluminium temperatures on the occurrence of defects in the resulting castings, evaluation and reflection on its prevention and reduction of environmental impacts.
