Výroba karoserie prototypu vozidla SC MICRO z kompozitního materiálu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis describes the fabrication of a composite bodywork for the SC MICRO vehicle. In the theoretical part, types of composite materials and production methods that are suitable for vehicle bodywork parts were delineated. This was followed by the selection of material for the mould and designing of the manufacturing process of the composite body. In the practical section, lamination of the carbon composite body was carried out, followed by the reinforcement of certain points. The body was then positioned on the vehicle frame. In the last step, the body was surface treated with the objective of preparing it for painting.
