Predmetom bakalárskej práce „Študentské bydlení v Ostrava - Plesná“ je spracovanie projektovej dokumentácie pre realizáciu stavby dvoch domov pre účely prenájmu situovaných v Prímestskej časti Ostravy, Plesnej. Nachádza sa pri vedlajšej komunikácii v oblasti rodinných domov a fakulty stavebnej VŠB-TUO. Koncept objektu je založený na analýze okolia pozemku a krátkej dochádzkovej vzdialenosti na stavebnú fakultu. Pri návrhu sa kládol dôraz na modul použitého stavebného materiálu. Výsledné objekty sú konceptované do 2 podlaží, ktoré zahrňujú ako spoločné priestory, tak priestory súkromné pre nájomcov. Návrh obsahuje dva rovnaké objekty pre každý priestor pre 4 nájomcov a priestoru s veľkou pracovňou. Cieľom projektu je vytvoriť luxusnejšie bývanie pre študentov stavebnej fakulty s jednoduchým účelom a dostatočne kvalitným bývaním ale aj pokojným pracovným miestom. Podkladom pre vypracovanie tejto dokumentácie bola architektonická štúdia (ATT I.) a dokumentácia pre stavebné povolenie (ATT Va.).

The thesis focuses on "student living house in Ostrava - Plesná" the preparation of project documentation for the implementation of the construction of two houses for rental purposes situated in the suburban district of Ostrava - Plesná. It’s situated at the side communication in the distric of family houses and the Faculty of Civil Engineering Technical University of Ostrava. The concept of the building is based on an analysis of the surrounding land and a short walking distance to the Faculty of Civil Engineering. In the design, the emphasis was on the modules used building material. The resulting objects are concepted into two floors, which include both common areas and private spaces for tenants. The proposal contains two identical objects for each room for four tenants and room with large work place. The project aims to create a more luxurious housing for students of Civil Engineering Faculty with a simple aim and enough quality housing but also peaceful place for work. The basis for the processing of the dossier was architectural study (ATT I) and documentation for building permit (ATT Va.).
