Abstract

The thesis deals with the possibilities of development the golf course to improve its attendance. The aim is to design marketing programmes focused on expanding the services which should contribute to increasing attendance of the golfers and visitors who are interested in golf. The theoretical part contains the basic characteristics of services and marketing planning, which includes marketing programmes. This is followed by the characteristic of the Golf Club Horal. The practical part is based on two marketing researches, first one for members of Golf Club and second one for the visitors of recreational complex. Based on the evaluation of both research are composed proposals and recommendations for expansion of the services in this golf area. These proposals can be used by the management of Golf Club for its future expansion.
