Zhodnocení zákaznického portfolia vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The aim of the Bachelor thesis with the title „Assesment of a Customer Portfolio of a Selected Company“ was to evaluate customer portfolio AXPEL MADE s.r.o. dedicated to the manufacture and sale of paper packaging materials. For this evaluation has been used ABC analysis. The evaluated data came from years 2014, 2015 and 2016. After ABC analysis, groups A, B and C were describe for each reference year. In the next step was made a comparison of each other year. The work was also devoted to evaluation of groups in terms of national representation. Based on the results of ABC analysis, suggestions and recommendations were made for all three groups A, B and C.
