Analýza variant skladování hotových výrobků

Abstract

The theme of the thesis is the analysis of options storage of finished products in industry. It is a production enterprise which is engaged in manufacturing blasting system, mainly detonators. A key starting point is the economic analysis of the existing variant, which is also compared with other options that were considered storage production. In variations are taken into account all the costs that enter the storage, ie. The operating costs of warehouses, labor costs, costs related to transportation of production, costs associated with fuel consumption of cars and handling equipment, all equipment depreciation. Two possible options for storage entail additional costs in the future. In option 1 is that the construction of new storage unit in option 2, repair of warehouse space and acquisition of transport equipment. All these factors are taken into account and based on qualified estimates are estimated annual cost of warehousing individual variants. The aim of this thesis is to find the best solution in terms of storage, financial cost, but also the complexity of the storage process.
