Revitalizace území bývalého armádního velkoskladu PHM Halenkov

Abstract

The object of preparing this thesis is to design a new use of the former Army depot of fuel in Halenkov. Processing of this study for the subjekt area based on communityneeds andLand Use Plan Halenkov. The goal is urban design, which is composedof building low-energy houses and apartment buildings. The work is processed in two alternative solutions, of which one variant is resolved in detail. Detail solution includes the area in addition to transport and technical infrastrukture, incliding a possible connection to the existing network. Detail design development is designed as a twenty low-energy houses two types and three type sof residential buildings of one type. Finaly, the propřed solution is to evaluace the proposal in economic terms.
