Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on wage benefits in a company dealing with the food industry and the impact on changes due to the Consolidation Package. It is divided into a theoretical-methodical and a practical-application part. In the first theoretical-methodical part, the basic concepts that occur in this issue are presented. The issue of remuneration of employees is presented here. In the second part, the company's benefits are reconstructed, the proposed and approved changes are then applied to them, and their impacts are then determined.
