Abstract

his bachelor thesis focuses on the financial analysis of a selected company operating in the funeral services sector during the period from 2018 to 2022. The aim is to assess the financial health of the company using profitability, liquidity, indebtedness, and cost-efficiency indicators. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts and methods of financial analysis, which are then applied to the selected company in the practical section. Based on the results, the strengths and weaknesses of the business are identified and recommendations are proposed to improve its financial condition. The thesis also considers the specifics of the funeral service industry, where ethical and social aspects play a significant role.
