Strategická analýza Vítkovických sléváren spol. s r.o.

Abstract

The topic of this diploma paper is “strategical analysis of Vitkovické slévárny, spol. s r.o. The work is devided into two parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part features strategy analysis in general. The practical part features technical knowlidge (know – how) of a particular firm, whereas I have done the strategical anynlysis through PEST analysis. Porter´s model of five competive powers and the analysis of key competencies. I had elaborated those analyses and I created SWOT analysis and the confrontational matrix, that´s why I could realized in what market is our company recently and also I could put together a new strategy of our firm.
