Zdravotechnika rodinného domu v Hrabyni – hospodaření s odpadními vodami

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of a new family house with a focus on selected parts of building services engineering. The proposed building is a two-storey detached house with a pitched roof, intended for permanent residence of a four-member household.

The thesis includes the structural design of the building, design of building assemblies and connection to technical infrastructure. Special attention is paid to water management, particularly to wastewater treatment using a domestic wastewater treatment plant and the disposal of rainwater by infiltration on the plot.

The thesis is prepared at the level of detailed design documentation for construction and includes both a written and a drawing part. The proposed solution complies with applicable regulations and technical standards and represents a functional and appropriate approach to the given problem.
