Vliv hornictví na životní prostředí Ostravska a okolí

Abstract

My bachelor thesis is about the influence of mining on the enviroment in my birth town - Ostrava and the surroundings. In this thesis i will describe geological bedrock and the other physical-geological aspects. The next part will be concentrate on the chosen coal mines, which are defunct and, of course, on the coal mines which are still working. Than I write of the enviroment in Ostrava and the surroundings. There I want to focus, how can this industry can destroy the landscape. The last chapter is thinking about how to repair the damages caused by the mining and how to conserve and integrate influenced landscape to the nature again.
