Abstract

The thesis deals with the issue of solar energy and the conversion of solar energy into electricity. Its task is to apprise the reader with different types of photovoltaic panels, their method of attachment and functionality, and also describes the principle of functionality of the inverters used. It solves technological design, creation of technical documentation of functional photovoltaic power plants according to new subsidy conditions for a family house and mutual comparison of two possible sets in terms of economic return, control of electricity distribution in the building and the overall possibilities offered by the sets.
