Abstract

Kulišťák Milan. Vyhodnocení finančního zdraví ve vybrané společnosti. Ostrava 2010. VŠB-TUO. EF. Diplomová práce. Vedoucí práce: RNDr. Igor Nytra. Hlavním cílem práce bylo vyhodnotit finanční zdraví společnosti a získat informace k upřesnění finančního plánu pro rok 2010. Práce je rozdělena do šesti kapitol. První kapitola obsahuje úvod práce. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na problematiku finančního zdraví z teoretického hlediska. Detailněji se tato část diplomové práce zabývá metodami souvisejícími s vyhodnocením finančního zdraví. Třetí kapitola se zabývá charakteristikou společnosti Control, spol. s. r. o.. Ve čtvrté kapitole je vyhotovena komplexní analýza finančního zdraví podniku. Pátá kapitola obsahuje návrhy a doporučení, které by do budoucna mohla ve svých plánech společnost využít. V šesté kapitole je uveden závěr práce.

Kulišťák Milan. The evaluation of financial health in a chosen enterprise. Ostrava 2010. VŠB-TUO. EF. Diploma thesis. Supervisor: RNDr. Igor Nytra. The main aim of work was to evaluate financial health of the company and to obtain information for to specification financial plan of 2010. My diploma thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter contains an introduction of the thesis. The second chapter is focused on the problems of the financial health from a teoretical point of view. This part is more focused on the methods related to evaulation of the financial health in details. The third chapter drala with the characterization of the company Control, spol. s. r. o.. There is a complex analysis of financial health of the company made out in the fourth chapter. The fifth chapter contains suggestions and recommendations which company can utilize in it´s future plans. In the sixth chapter is the end of the thesis mentioned.
