Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is a creation of suggestions and recommendations, which can be used by the company to work with risks and for reducing risks and prevention. The basis for the creation of suggestions and recommendations are analysis of internal and external surroundings of the company focused on the relation to a risk. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on definitions, description of methods of an analysis, evaluation and possibilities of decreasing a risk. There is the chapter dedicated to a basic description of the company, aplication of analysis on conditions in the company included into a separate chapter and a part dedicated to suggestions and recommendations, included in the practical part of the thesis. The chapter which includes suggestions and recommendations is the important part of the thesis, because it is in a direct relation with the aim of the diploma thesis and contains approaches how to deal with particular risks which could threaten the company.
