Abstract

Goal of this dissertation is to measure the satisfaction and loyalty level of international students at the faculty of Economics within exchange programs. Author had applied for Survey strategy and questionnaire was chosen as a research method. Questionnaires were distributed in person and through social network ways. Consequences of this approach is 70 completed questionnaires which were completed by current and past exchange students at the Faculty of Economics. Students were asked to answer the questions about characteristics of three criteria like study conditions, staff performance and infrastructure of faculty. Extra question about gender, country of origin, period of study etc.., were aimed to get data about profile of international students. At the end students have answered two questions which were reflection of loyalty level of international students. In this investigation author applied to probability sampling method. Proper type of sampling was Stratified sampling. Gathered data were analyzed in IBM SPSS Statistics program. Preliminary analyses have shown some basic characteristics and profiles of respondents, on which then deeper analysis was made using several statistic techniques, such as compare means, frequency and correlation. Outputs were illustrated in tables and figures in order to visualize the results. Issues and successful characteristics have been listed in commentaries under illustrations. Author have offered some solutions for issues in the recommendation part of thesis. Some extra findings and questionnaire itself are in Appendix section.
